I am always amazed at the extraordinary transformation I witness when someone sit in Phil’s beauty chair. Her gift to transform a client is absolutely magical! Her ability to select styles, color, cut etc… for each client’s uniqueness is beyond comprehensions; Phil is clearly “the one”.
